MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

All membership applications, members and guests of members are subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and are deemed to agree to the same upon entering the Club premises or the surrounding grounds (the “Club Grounds”):

  1. Classes of Membership
  • All membership applications are subject to the Club’s acceptance, which may be withheld on any grounds. A membership will be deemed granted once (i) a complete membership application has been submitted; (ii) payment has been made in full; and (iii) the Club has approved the application (in its sole discretion).
  • Membership is exclusively available for residents of Nad Al Sheba community only.
  • Single memberships are applicable only to adults of eighteen years of age or above.
  • Family memberships are applicable to two adults (one male, one female) and their two dependents below eighteen years of age.
  • Additional dependent memberships are applicable to the biological, step or adopted children below eighteen years of age of an Adult Primary Member.
  • Where there is any change in the status or membership category of any member, the fees applicable to that new status or category of membership will apply.
  1. Conditions of Use
  • Members must present their membership card upon entering the Club premises and prior to using the Club facilities.
  • An adult member must accompany their children under the age of twelve at all times whilst they are within the Club Grounds.
  • All persons entering the Club Grounds and/or using the Club facilities do so entirely at their own risk. All such persons agree that they are personally responsible for their own safely and their belongings. Neither the Club nor any employee, officer, shareholder or other company associated with the Club shall have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property (including loss of life) however occurring.
  • Each person entering the Club Grounds hereby indemnifies and releases the Club and its employees, officers, shareholders, affiliate and associate companies, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage or injury incurred to it or its property at the Club Grounds.
  • Access to club pool will be subjected to availability in line with the maximum capacity allowed.
  1. Termination of Membership
  • Membership of the Club is strictly non-transferable, and all membership fees are non-refundable.
  • The Club may terminate cancel a person’s membership if:
  • a member or its guests commit a serious or repeated breach of the Rules, in particular, if a member or its guests do not adhere to the safe and proper use of the Club’s equipment or facilities as instructed by the Club staff or in Club notices:
  • the behavior or conduct of a member or its guests, is deemed by the Club to be improper or likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the Club; or
  • Any or all part of the membership fee remains unpaid for thirty (30) days or more after its due date.
  1. Other
  • The Club management reserves the right to close the Club (or any part of it) for any functions, special events or in order to conduct maintenance and upgrades to the facilities.
  • The Club management reserves the right to amend any terms of membership at any time including, but not limited to, these Terms and Conditions and the Rules.
